SFEED-TEC’s CERAMIC-SFEED line answers the demand from the aerospace and power generation industries for a high-speed milling tool that improves the output of products made with super alloys. The line combines speed and feed machining on difficult-to-cut materials by uniquely merging a ceramic grade for high-speed machining and a large radius shape for high feed machining.
CERAMIC-SFEED should be used under high-speed conditions(V=600~1,200 m/min), and it is used for roughing as it is accompanied by thermal deformation due to heat generation.
