HRSA

Turbine Blade

Ceramic Tools

- When it comes to roughing, HRSA blades outperform carbide tools.
- Finishing is done using carbide tools.

- Heat Resistant Super Alloys (Inconel / Rene / Nimonic / Ni-base / Co-base etc.)

Turbine blades are twisted and assembled in the turbine rotor, converting steam energy into rotational motion. The blades should be highly durable and corrosion- and erosion-resistant, with good fatigue and fracture strength under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions. Special alloy steels, such as forged stainless, are frequently used for the components.
